Making peace with your past is not hard. If you feel stuck in life or want more out of life, this book will help you navigate your personal history so you can recognize and remove those things that are keeping you from reaching and fulfilling your destiny. Your life will be richer and fuller as you unlock your full potential by replacing destructive belief systems, detoxifying your thoughts, and adjusting your emotions. Beloved, your life can and will be better than ever when you decide to stop letting your past determine your future. Cindy helps you create a better life by simply making one choice at a time. The choice is always yours to make. What choice will you make? To stay the same or to empower yourself with the choices provided through this book?  The choice is yours.

FROM THE AUTHOR

Making Peace With Your Past: One Choice at a Time sprang from years of helping hurting people restore and reclaim their lives. As a faith-based counselor, I see many people whose past has them broken, bound, or stuck in life and cannot seem to move past the pain. I was that person. In putting this workbook together it was my hope and prayer that identities would be restored, that a firm foundation of love be established, and that truth would prevail over the lies one has believed. It is important that once one has been freed and can forgive themselves, God, and others, a beautiful thing called peace replaces the pain. I teach this course at Christian Women's Jobs Corp each semester. If you are interested in teaching this course, please do. You have my permission to use the workbook not only for yourself but also for others. It is great for small groups, Sunday school classes, and workshops.
